We all get to a point that we want to make a change. Whether it be for weight/fat-loss, mental health, brain health, inflammation, disease, or illness prevention.
But so often it is so hard to know where to start, or even harder is finding a plan that suits us and then sticking to it in order to maintain life long results that are sustainable and fit in to our forever chaotic lives.
My thoughts around changes in nutrition are different to what you may see on social media or other places that weight-loss and nutrition plans are sold daily. I believe that in order to create long lasting, maintainable nutritional changes it needs to be progressive for a lot of people. Making a complete 360 change to our lives overnight is not a sustainable way to become healthier long term. I encourage people to work towards lots of small changes, that are suited to their situations and lives, that are easy to accomplish but as a bigger picture will make a significant shift in their health.
